+ Why are we upgrading the smart contract?

The upgrade is necessary in order to make all of the new features listed above live. In addition to the above features, there are technical enhancements to the new GMEX:

  • Advanced Utility - Updated for future functionality on the Game Coin platform.
  • Key Security - Certified by the largest crypto auditor in the US, Certik.
  • Versatility with Exchanges - Specific features of the code which allows it to be listed on major exchanges.
  • Ability for Key Pairing Components - Allows users to purchase GMEX with other crypto pairs.

+ What happens to the current GME on tracking apps such as Dextools and PooCoin?

The old GME token will still be able to be found on Poocoin; however, the tokens will hold no value.

+ How do I get the new tokens?

Current holders will automatically receive the same amount of GMEX tokens as held in the holder's GME wallet at the time of launch. Follow the steps listed on this page to add the new custom token to your Trust Wallet.

+ Will my tokens have the same value after the airdrop?

Yes, the liquidity pool will move to the new token. This ensures the new GMEX tokens will have the same value as GME tokens before the update.

+ What happens to my old GME tokens?

After Thursday, November 4, at 1:00 pm, the old GME tokens will not have any value. The GME value will be transferred to the new GMEX.

+ What are the new transaction fees/tokenomics?

The transaction fee is decreasing to 7%. (5% to charity and 2% returned to holders)

Reflections will also happen instantly rather than being held in wallets. Additionally, there are NO transaction fees on transfers; thus holders can send GMEX to other wallets without having to pay 7%.

+ How do I check the new GMEX?

Holders will be able to check the value of the new GMEX token on DEXTools and PooCoin by typing in GMEX (Game Coin) or pasting in the new contract address. The new GMEX will eventually be listed for tracking on other major sites, such as Bogged Finance, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and Coinbase.

Founders:

• 100% for 2 years (November 2021-October 2023)

Holders with 700,000,000 tokens or more:

• 90% locked for first 8 months (November 2021-June 2022)

• 75% locked for next additional 8 months (July 2022-February 2023)
